CarePro
Role Summary
CareProprovides essential non-skilled care services, assisting clients with daily activities to help them live independently and comfortably in their own homes. This position offers flexibility, allowing you to create your own schedule with no guarantee of hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging in activities that promote mental well-being.
- Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Follow personalized care plans and report any changes in clients’ conditions to supervisors.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and their families.
CareLead
Role Summary
CareLeadis a caregiver with leadership responsibilities who provides high-quality care while also guiding and supporting other caregivers. This role comes with a guaranteed number of hours and requires strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care to clients, assisting with personal care, companionship, and homemaker services.
- Lead by example, mentoring and supporting other caregivers (CarePros) in their roles.
- Ensure that care plans are followed accurately and that all caregiving activities meet company standards.
- Communicate effectively with Care Managers regarding client needs and caregiver performance.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance caregiving and leadership skills.
Care Manager
Role Summary
Care Manageroversees a team of CarePros and CareLeads, managing client care and ensuring effective communication between all parties. This role involves significant client and family interaction and ensures that care plans are implemented smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily activities of CarePros and CareLeads, ensuring consistent and quality care delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and their families, addressing concerns, updates, and changes in care needs.
- Develop and implement care plans, coordinating with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
- Monitor client satisfaction and caregiver performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Care Director
Role Summary
Care Directoris responsible for running the overall operations of the agency, ensuring the highest standards of care and operational efficiency. This leadership role requires strategic oversight, team management, and a strong commitment to client and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the agency’s operations, including client care, staff management, and service delivery.
